GOD and the Devil

One question: When someone thinks you're fooling yourself, you're being deceived?
See the book of Job text:
"And on a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.
And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence come you? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From roaming the earth, and walking through it.
And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him, blameless and upright man, fearing God and shuns evil.
Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for naught?
Hast not thou made a hedge to it, and his house, and all that is? The work of his hands and blessed his substance is increased in the land.
But put forth thine hand now, and touch him at all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face.
Job 1: 6-11 "
Well, I know that God is God omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent. So the question he asks Satan, it was just rhetoric and God was fully aware that the devil would not lie to him. Satan replies that was pacing and circling the earth, that is walked all over this planet and did what I could and what I could not to destroy.
God's questions to the devil show that God knew ,, but wanted what the communication is called return. If God told you everything, nothing would happen there. And one thing that men do not understand is that God, even though God wants to communicate or relate to.
sometimes we see something, even though we do not know the entire whole, but asked:
-Fulano, You did this? It was you who said that?
And we expect the other to be honest, but if not, it's not that we want to be deceived, but we hope that the other should repent and tell the truth, because the truth sets and can bring forgiveness.
-Viste My servant Job?
No, I did not even notice! It seems many of today.
