The Agar anointing: The anointing of open eyes.
The Bible says that when Hagar left with his son Ishmael into the desert she carried a pitcher in hand, but when the water ends and she can not see any alternative, she says to the boy:
-Stay Here, because I'm going up there. When I come back to find water.
But the truth is that Agar, seeing no other solution and having no hope, she decides to die and not see the death of his beloved son.
All leaders have passed, pass and have gone through such a situation. Not the solution, is hopeless. No more resources, just opinions. No more ideas!
But if you are at this moment, know that as Hagar, God always has a trump card for you.
See what the Bible says:
-And The water in the bottle, cast the child under one of the trees.
And he went and sat down in front, away from the distance of a bow shot: For she said, Let me not see the boy die. And he sat down in front, and lifted up his voice, and wept.
And God heard the boy crying, and the angel of God called out to Hagar from heaven, and said unto him, What ails you, Hagar? Fear not, for God has heard the boy's voice from where he is.
Arise, lift up the lad and hold him by the hand, I will make him a great nation.
And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water; and was filled the bottle with water, and gave the boy a drink.
And God was with the boy, who grew up; and dwelt in the wilderness, and became an archer.
And he dwelt in the wilderness of Paran; and his mother took him a wife out of the land of Egypt.
Genesis 21: 15-21
God opened Hagar's eyes and she saw what was in front of him!
When everything seems sunny and the solution is, I can believe, on your side. When the problem seems insoluble, the solution may be in you open your eyes and see what be your hand.
Believe, The Agar anointing is the anointing of the eyes open! And see the solution that no one sees, but God will open your eyes so you can see.

-And As for Ishmael, I have heard thee (God says to Abraham); Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will do it will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes, and I will make him a great nation.
